Small Group Personal Training is built around at least two coached, full-body strength sessions per week, designed to deliver real results in a time-efficient way. Every session is structured, progressive, and periodised—combining functional strength and bodybuilding principles to help you build muscle, improve fitness, and move better.
With expert coaching in a supportive small group environment, everything is tailored and scalable to your level—so you’re always progressing.
Yoga (Active Recovery)
Our yoga sessions are designed to support your training—not replace it.
Focused on mobility, flexibility, and breathwork, these sessions help you recover from strength training, reduce injury risk, and improve overall movement quality.
By improving joint range and relaxation, yoga allows you to come back stronger, train more consistently, and get more from your SGPT sessions.
Pilates (Core & Control)
Pilates at Five Gates is all about building a stronger connection to your body.
With a focus on core stability, hips, glutes, and lower back, these sessions help you develop control, balance, and improved movement patterns.
The result? Better technique, stronger lifts, and reduced risk of injury—making your strength training more effective.
Run Club (Free Community Session)
Our free Saturday Run Club is open to all abilities and built around community.
Whether you’re training for your first 5K, a marathon, or just want to improve your fitness, these sessions provide structure, support, and accountability.
We finish every run at a local coffee spot—because building friendships and enjoying the process is just as important as the training.
ROUNDS (Boxing & Kettlebells)
ROUNDS is our high-energy signature session.
A mix of boxing and kettlebell training, it combines cardio, strength, and core work into one powerful workout. Expect bag work, combos, and explosive kettlebell movements that target the posterior chain and deliver a serious calorie burn.
It’s fun, fast-paced, and leaves you feeling energised.
Community Events
We’re more than just a gym—we’re a community.
From our flagship Friday Night Lights charity workouts to run events, padel tournaments, outdoor bootcamps, and gym social events, we create regular opportunities to connect, challenge yourself, and have fun.
